Living With the “Wild” Wolves in California
A Panel Discussion with Ryan Devereaux, Lila Seidman and Amaroq Weiss
Wolves, once wiped from our landscape, are reclaiming lost habitats—including right here in California! The remarkable comeback of this endangered species is a conservation success story and offers insight into how science and politics shape America’s relationship with nature. Join us for an exciting panel discussion presented in partnership with Team Wolf. Explore the history, science, and future of wolves in California. This event brings together biologists, investigative journalists, and a noted LA Times reporter to share insights and learnings from leading voices in wolf conservation. Learn how we can thrive alongside these incredible animals in California (and elsewhere!).
Following the panel, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy cocktails and conversations, music and crafts in our Art Gallery. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit a single gallery with live animals: FROGS “Our Neighbors” and experience our interactive exhibits Paint-a-Frog and Paint-a-Fish. This is an adult-oriented program.
Recommended for ages 14+ (not suitable for young children).
